This rectangular tin box is made of good quality tin plated steel, don't rust easily, durable and sturdy and can be used for a long time. It is ideal for storing homemade cosmetics as well as many other DIY stuff. The round edges are smooth without burs and are seamlessly to avoid any leakage.
1. Q: How do you print on the tins? Is it screened or offset printed?
A: Metal decoration is an offset printing process utilizing CMYK colors. Print is done on large metals first,then slitting into smaller piece for stamping and formation.
2. Q: Can i use your existing mould for free? If i have to customize new mould and sample, can the cost be returned?
A: Yes, our existing mould can be provide for you by free, except some special mould which belongs to our current
customer. For the new mould and sample cost, if the accumulated order quantity reach to 100K, it can be refunded.
3. Q: Do you make tools by yourselves ?
A: Yes, we make all tools by ourselves. We have an in house tooling department. So we an make custom molds at very
low cost.
4. Q: How can i make an order?
A: Send us inquiry--- receive our quotation—negotiate order details—confirm the sample—sign the contract—pay 30% deposit—mass production—cargo ready—balance/delivery—further cooperation.
5. Q:Do you have any special varnishing effect in metal decoration?
A: In addition to traditional glossy and matt varnishes, we can offer crackle, rubber effects, wrinkle, pear varnishes, etc. Even both shiny and matt effects are used on one tin box ( but different area).
